Hedge Trimming

The hedge is the thing you notice on the second walk-through, not the first. By then the offer is in, the truck is booked, and cutting it back is somewhere below finding the kettle.

We bring in a local gardener who does this every week. Boundary hedges, shelter belts, an overgrown pittosporum blocking the drive, the row of camellias that has stopped being a row. They cut it to a line you agree beforehand, and take the clippings away.

Tell us roughly what is there and how often you want it kept that way — once to bring it back under control, or on a cycle so it never gets away on you again. You get a price before anybody turns up, and nothing is charged until you say yes.
